The Bertone Freeclimber 2: Following the marriage between, after the first version of the Freeclimber, Daihatsu and BMW, Bertone has created the Freeclimber 2 – a less than 3.8 m. off-road vehicle that is agile powerful, handy and compact. It distinguishes itself, not only with graceful line, but also the refinement of its details. The objective achieved with the production of the Freeclimber 2, as anticipated in Cahier des Charges, is that of satisfying the needs of those who think of an off-road vehicle for daily use in both town and mountain. The Freeclimber 2 is aimed at the new market segment of clients who see the off-roader as an alternative to the car, and use it daily in a city setting. 2860 units were produced in 1992 and 1993.
