Pininfarina Cambiano

The Pininfarina Cambiano is a concept car made in a single example by the Italian design and engineering house Pininfarina, developed under the creative direction of Fabio Filippini and presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2012. In 2014 the car was awarded with the Honorable Mention for the Compasso d’Oro ADI.

Vehicle Overview

The Pininfarina Cambiano concept car is a 3-door coupé with one door on the driver’s side and two on the opposite side – is a clear reference to Battista Farina’s personal car, in a similar configuration, built in 1957 on Lancia Aurelia mechanics. The name is a tribute to the Municipality of Cambiano, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the foundation of the “Pininfarina Studies and Research” center, based in that locality of the Turin Province since 1982.
