Ruf RK Spyder
A collaboration between German automaker Ruf and Italian coachbuilder Studiotorino, the Ruf RK Coupe/Spyder is based on the facelifted Porsche Cayman.
Vehicle Overview
The RUF RK was available in both Coupe and Spyder versions and takes design clues from the Ferrari Dino 246 GT, the Porsche 550, and the Porsche 904. It was designed by Aldo Brovarone for StudioTorino. With a flat-6 3.8 Litre supercharged engine (the RK in Ruf Coupe/Spyder stands for Ruf Kompressor), the RUF RK Coupe produces 324 kW (434 bhp) at 7,000 rpm and 470 N⋅m (347 lb⋅ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm. The RK Coupe and Spyder are both extremely limited production models; only a total of 49 of each was produced and weres succeeded by the 3800S, which is based on second-generation Cayman.
