Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS Touring
Chassis
The Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS Touring chassis 915539.
Vehicle Overview
Carrozzeria Touring designed a coupe style body for this Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Super Sports, which was one of 383 built after the War. The rolling chassis 915539 was constructed in 1946 and the completed car was sent to the Portuguese distributor in 1947. Carlos F. Alsina Saruya from Estoril purchased the car later that year and his family owned it for almost 60 years. In 2006, a German enthusiast acquired the car and had it fully restored by a German specialist. The car was then displayed at various events in Europe by its second private owner, including Villa D’Este 2011.
