Similarly, it was entered by Luigi Potti for the GP Premio del Valentino in Torino on April 6, 1952, but again did not compete. Following its early racing exploits, the OSCA V12 Zagato found its way into the hands of Paolo Cordero di Montezemolo, a piemontese winemaker and uncle to Ferrari CEO Luca Montezemolo.
