Carrozzeria Cattelan was founded in 1931 in Pordenone starting with modications of Ford A cars that were assembled in the Ford plant in Trieste to a more Italian taste.In 1938 it moved to Udine where they made a small batch of cars based on Fiat 1500 chassis.In the late 60s Cattelan assembled the Gazzella based on Volkswagen chassis. In 1970. The coachbuilder closed its activites.
