Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS Aprile

Chassis

#10814331

Born with a Zagato spider body, this car is a 6C 1750 Gran Sport with compressor, the sportiest version of the Milanese six-cylinder and was sold new in Genoa in 1931. In the 1930s the car was used in some races passing out of hand several times.

Vehicle Overview

In 1938 this Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS was bought by Giuseppe Aprile, a coachbuilder from Savona, who a few months later sold it to Brunello Feltri with an entirely new body, designed by the most famous designer of those times: Mario Revelli di Beaumont. Always remained in Liguria, the car survives to this day, albeit with some modifications and is brought back to its original splendor with a very careful restoration by Lopresto.
