The Alfa Romeo 4C Mole designed by Umberto Palermo’s design company UP Design – Mole Construzione Artigianale, is based on the stock 4C and retains its proportions while revolutionizing its sheet metal: the result is a sports car that looks larger and more imposing, abandoning the rounded “8C” style of the starting version to accommodate the far more successful styling language of the Giulia and Stelvio. In particular, the reference is to the Quadrifoglio versions, extreme and powerful while retaining the inherent elegance of Made in Italy sports cars. Great attention was paid to the interior of the Alfa Romeo 4c Mole, which was Alfa Romeo 4C’s weak point: here Adler Group’s contribution was essential in the processing of composite materials, alternating with full leather upholstery in the best tradition of Neapolitan leather goods. Steering wheel, seats, door panels: everything has been upholstered to give a high-quality impression, elevating this sports car a step above Alfa Romeo 4C’s ambitions. Like all the 001s made so far, the Alfa Romeo 4C Mole is a one-off, developed to show the public and potential customers of the atelier the great potential of the service provided by the company founded in 2011 by Umberto Palermo. Under the hood we find the 4-cylinder 240-hp and 350 Nm of torque, combined with rear-wheel drive and an Alfa TCT dual-clutch transmission.
