Ferrari 212 Inter Pininfarina

Chassis 0229EL was constructed on the 28th of July 1952, and became the very first Pinin Farina bodied Ferrari coupe, and one of just 15 Pinin Farina 212 Inters produced. Called a prototipo, meaning prototype, it is believed it was delivered new to Enzo Ferrari himself. It left the factory in the colour scheme Maserati blue with a light blue and dark blue piping leather interior, and was delivered via Luigi Chinetti of New York to its first owner; Max Hess of Pennsylvania.
