The Ferrari 250 MM Berlinetta Pininfarina chassis 0378AM is the tenth of only eighteen Berlinetta 250 MMs ever produced. Originally sold to Dr. Enrico Wax, a notable early VIP customer of Ferrari and the Italian importer of Moët & Chandon and Johnnie Walker whiskey, it soon became a significant part of racing history. In 1953, it was acquired by Pierre Noblet, who used chassis 0378AM to secure numerous racing victories. This car marked the beginning of Noblet’s impressive racing career, which included countless wins in many special Ferraris. After passing through the hands of some of Europe’s most passionate car enthusiasts, the Ferrari 250 MM was entrusted to Dino Cognolato, one of the world’s best restorers. The meticulous restoration was completed with a “Best of Show” victory at the prestigious Concours d’Elegance Louis Vuitton in 2000.
