Fiat 1100 Stigler

The Fiat 1100 Stigler electric car bodied by Touring.

Vehicle Overview

The Fiat 1100 Stigler: In 1941, in full self-sufficiency, Carrozzeria Touring built two Coupé cars on a FIAT 1100 chassis and with electric drive, in collaboration with Officine Meccaniche Stigler, which operated above all in the lift sector, which supplied electric motors. Obviously they were equipped with a Superleggera body. One of the two cars had been commissioned by the Bresciano industrialist Franco Mazzotti, one of the founders of the Mille Miglia and a talented pilot of the Regia Aeronautica Militare, who unfortunately died prematurely in an air combat.
