Fiat 1400 Vittoria
Chassis
The Fiat 1400 Balbo was a well-known car, but attributed to Giovanni Michelotti. The discovery during the research for the restoration of a design sketch signed “FraSca” has allowed to reveal the true authorship of the drawing.
Vehicle Overview
The pointed muzzle and the rear fins of the Fiat 1400 Vittoria bodied by Carrozzeria Balbo refer to lines that shortly after would be used for the Bertone BAT concept cars and the pavilion with very thin uprights is a very modern solution for the time. The interiors, in two-tone fabric like the exterior, are original, carefully preserved.
