The Tender2 Castagna based on the Fiat 500e.
The Tender2 by Castagna Milano: Inspired by the classic Fiat 600 Jolly by Carrozzeria Ghia, the Fiat 500e Tender2 features two seats, doors removed and replaced by higher access thresholds. Roof, of course, removed as are the rear seats. Mahogany creates the sharp contrast with yellow in two shades, differentiated between the body, wheel arches and sills under doors. All of the nautical-themed designs have the common denominator of the application of precious woods on the sills, reminiscent of boat decking. On board, the ambience combines eco-leather upholstery on the seats with an Alcantara dashboard, continuing with Sapelli mahogany work that wraps around the two seats and extends to the rear compartment. Inevitable is the space reserved for the shower, combined with a slot that conceals a safe. To transform a 500e into Tender2 Castagna can take up to 90 thousand euros, giving free rein to one’s creativity and desire to customize the electric spiaggina. Unchanged is the technical part, namely, the 500e design with a 42 kWh battery and 118-horsepower engine.
With the new Tender2, Carrozzeria Castagna inaugurates a series of one-offs derived from the electric Fiat 500, after several creations based on the combustion-engined model, also under the Abarth brand.
