The The Hispano-Suiza Coupé de Ville by Pininfarina.: The Another car of great prestige, the Hispano-Suiza, bodied by PininFarina, in 1932, this time in a two-seater “coupé de ville”. An elite brand that called for a classic design: the only “modernistic” concession is the noble radiator slightly inclined rather than vertical. The long bonnet fits into the compact pavilion characterized by the arched shape of the roof, which protrudes beyond the windshield as a sunshade. The cut of the doors, the double molding under the side windows and carriage-like handles recall the cockpit of the turn-of-the-century “cab”, as well as the interior finishes with cabinetry and instrument panel in mahogany veneered in briar, dashboard panel ivory, silk curtains on the side windows and rear window.
