The Iso Grifo Spider is a unique open-top sports car developed by the Italian manufacturer Iso Rivolta in collaboration with Carrozzeria Bertone. Introduced in 1964, this one-off prototype was conceived as a convertible counterpart to the Iso Grifo A3/L coupé, showcasing the brand’s commitment to combining Italian design elegance with American engineering prowess. The Spider was designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro during his tenure at Bertone. It featured distinctive styling elements, including side exhaust pipes that ran along the rocker panels, a dual-nostril front fascia, and angled vents in the rear fenders. Over the years, it changed hands among collectors and was eventually stored for several decades.
