Mitsubishi Colt CZC

The Mitsubishi Colt CZC is a coupé-cabriolet with a retractable steel folding roof based on the five-door Mitsubishi Colt.

Vehicle Overview

The Mitsubishi Colt CZC was built from spring 2006 by Pininfarina in Bairo near Turin, which also participated in the design of the car. The two-part folding roof, in turn, was supplied by the German company Oasys, which belongs to the roof specialist Webasto. Made exclusively for Europe, this coupe-cabriolet has a 2.5-meter wheelbase and a 2+2-seat cabin. The engine is a gasoline-powered “1500,” available in two versions, 109 or 150 hp; the latter enabled the Mitsubishi Colt CZC to exceed 200 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.4 seconds. The concept car was unveiled at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show, while the production model was exhibited the year after.
