Bristol – 407 Convertible Viotti
.
Vehicle Overview
A special four-seater convertible made by Carrozzeria Viotti from Turin produced on an bare chassis of the Bristol 407. The body was relatively simple and took out some perspective, anticipating the design of the Fiat 1500 Spider. The car was first presented at the Viotti booth at the 1960 Turin Motor Show. This was followed by another showing in the UK, this time at the Bristol Cars stand. The actor Peter Sellers, who valued Bristol vehicles, owned the car for a short while. It has a steel body, a unique feature for a Bristol and still exists today.
