The Ferrari 360 Modena Barchetta: From a standard 360 Spider, “l’avvocato” Gianni Agnelli decides to create a unique model, the specially commissioned 360 Barchetta for a special person. The Ferrari 360 Modena Barchetta is a one-off commissioned by a very special person: Gianni Agnelli. It was his gift for Montezemolo’s second marriage, at the age of 52. It seems that in May, just before the wedding, Montezemolo had received a precious silver tray; he then telephoned the Agnelli family to thank and “l’avvocato” replied that this was his wife’s gift, while his was waiting at the Fiat dealership in Bologna. The base was chassis 120020 of an “ordinary Modena” which at the cost of (it is said) 200 million of the old Lire was transformed into a real little barchetta equipped with a simple wrap around windshield. It features Hermes interior and body design and construction by Pininfarina.
