The Fiat 130 Maremma, not to be confused with the 130 Familiare (which was based on the 130 sedan), is a unique creation built by Pininfarina. This exceptional vehicle was derived from the Fiat 130 Coupé, designed by Paolo Martin, and later acquired by Avvocato Agnelli. The Maremma stands out as a beautiful and unusual “wagon” version, stretching almost 5 meters in length. What makes the Fiat 130 Maremma particularly striking is its elegant design, characterized by the typical “Pininfarina style” of the 1970s. Despite being a wagon, it features only two doors, contributing to its sleek and sophisticated appearance. One notable design element is the “spoiler” at the end of its long, flat roof, which was ingeniously crafted to deflect air vortices and prevent dirt from accumulating on the rear of the car. This attention to aerodynamic detail showcases the advanced design thinking of its time. The Fiat 130 Maremma was painted in a distinctive metallic champagne color, specifically Fiat 577. Its interiors were designed with equal attention to luxury and comfort, featuring beige “suede-like” cloth with blue inserts.
