Isotta Fraschini Tipo 8A Coupé De Ville
The “8 A” is the evolution of the “8” model presented in 1920 by the famous Milanese manufacturer: a top-of-the-range and highly refined car, destined for the richest and most famous personalities of the time. This car, with “coupé de ville” bodywork by Castagna of Milan, was used in 1950 for the shooting of the film “Sunset Boulevard” starring William Holden, Erich von Stroheim and Gloria Swanson in role of Norma Desmond, whose initials are engraved on the rear doors of the car.
