NSU Nergal
The NSU Nergal was an angular hatchback coupé designed by Aldo Sessano and built by the Turin based coachbuilder Eurostyle.
Vehicle Overview
The NSU Nergal built by Carrozzeria Eurostyle features pop-up headlights, and was is considered the stylistic forerunner of the Seat 1200 Sport Coupé. The two-door four-seater was created with the support of Glasurit Italiana, a subsidiary of the German paint manufacturer Glasurit, based on an NSU 1200. Designed by italian designer Aldo Sessano, it was unveiled as a prototype in the 1970 Turin Motor Show and also exhibited at the 1971 Concorso d’Eleganza Pincio Roma.
