The Porsche 964 Turbo by ARES Design is a masterful restomod that blends classic 911 heritage with modern craftsmanship. Conceived as a bespoke, one-off commission, this creation reflects an enthusiast’s dream, realized through the expertise of ARES’s Modena-based artisans. Externally, the 964 Turbo receives a subtle yet impactful transformation. ARES replaces the original whale-tail spoiler with a sculpted ducktail, paying homage to the 1970s Carrera RS 2.7. Complementing this are Fuchs-inspired five-spoke alloy wheels, which evoke the spirit of Porsche’s golden era. A smoother front fascia and quad exhaust outlets further refine the silhouette without compromising its iconic identity. Inside, the cabin is reimagined with a blend of vintage and contemporary elements. Houndstooth-patterned tartan fabric, paired with premium leather, adorns the seats—a nod to Porsche’s racing legacy. Modern amenities include updated gauges and Porsche’s Classic Communication Management (PCCM) infotainment system, seamlessly integrating Apple CarPlay and Android Auto into the retro dashboard.
